I recently bought an HP photosmart d110a wireless printer. IT WILL NOT PRINT FROM THE INTERNET or wirelessly. I set up as instructed per HP and get a message >>>there is an error/priniting problem........there is a "document in queue". It worked if I shut off the firewall, now that doesn't help.
